However, we understand that unexpected situations can happen.
💫 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery through our contact form or by email at soapandlellc2@gmail.com
We’ll gladly help you with a replacement or store credit.
Photos of the damaged item and packaging will be required to process your claim with the shipping carrier.
🕯️ Returns
For hygiene, safety, and customization reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds once a product has been opened or used.
Each candle and wax melt is handmade, so slight variations in color, texture, or scent are normal and not considered defects.
🚚 Lost Packages or Wrong Address
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
